Refund policy

At Apkabazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
• Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or supplier restrictions.
